Dorchester is committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information of its current, future and prospective clients.

Dorchester is provided with nonpublic personal information, such as address, social security number, birth date, assets, income and investment experience from several sources: (i) the Subscription Agreement and related documents, (ii) correspondence and conversations with Investors, (iii) financial transactions. No personal information on visitors to this website is accumulated.

Dorchester's policy is to not disclose any nonpublic personal information. According to our position of nondisclosure and confidentiality, Dorchester carefully safeguards all personal and private information and, thus restricts access to such information to our employees and affiliates, such as, but not limited to, our attorneys and auditors, in order to service your investment with us. However, we will release personal information if explicitly directed by you or if compelled to do so by law or regulatory agency. Dorchester maintains physical, electronic and procedural controls that meet federal and/or state standards to guard your nonpublic personal information in our possession.

Investors in any Dorchester product will receive a complete copy of the privacy policy upon subscription, and annually thereafter.
